John Hamilton played for South Rowan County American Legion Baseball team.

Harper, Bryce

One of the premier players in the Major Leagues, Harper played Legion Baseball in Las Vegas, Nevada before bursting onto the MLB scene as the Rookie of the Year. He has won an MVP, Silver Slugger, Hank Aaron Award and multiple All-Star appearances.

Hart, Corey

The Legion's 2011 Graduate of the Year, Hart is a two-time All-Star, amassing over 1,000 hits in his career, primarily with the Brewers.

Helling, Rick

Rick Helling played for Fargo Post 2. Rick played in the 1989 American Legion World Series in Millington, TN.

Herzog, Whitey

A player-turned-manager from New Athens, Ill., Herzog's most notable tenure came as the skipper of the Cardinals from 1980-90, winning the 1982 World Series and being named Manager of the Year in 1985. He was a 2010 Hall of Fame inductee

Hill, Rich

Hill has had a lengthy pro career, using his Legion experience in Milton, Mass. for Post 114 as a springboard. After an injury derailed his career in his 30s, he rebounded by practicing with his nephew's Post 144 squad, rehabbing and coaching baseball on his way to a free agent contract.

Hoffman, Trevor

A seven-time All-Star, Hoffman was named the NL Rolaids Relief Man of the Year in both of the seasons he led the NL in saves, 1998 and 2006. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2018 after a career with 601 saves and a 2.87 ERA.

Hollandsworth, Todd

Played American Legion Baseball in Bellevue, Washington. Former National Rookie of the Year.
